PADDLING PROGRAMS
Our paddling season is designed to train paddlers of all skill levels in all aspects of outrigger canoeing and ocean safety. Coaches lead workouts to improve individual and team paddling performance. SCORA AGE GROUP DIVISIONS

CLUB PRACTICES (WORKOUTS)
Regular workouts are held three times per week for all men’s, women’s, coed, and novice teams. Refer to Practice Schedule for details. Weekday sessions last approximately 2 hours and Saturday workouts average 3 hours each. NOVICE PRACTICES The novice coach may establish a separate weekday workout schedule for the novice team, otherwise they will practice with the Open crews. YOUTH PRACTICES Keiki and Juniors team season typically runs mid-March thru July and is set by the coach as demand warrants. |
